Inspired by seafood from Konkan region in India. Great on everything from salmon and halibut to shrimp and scallops.

Ingredients: Kosher Salt, Sugars (Brown Sugar), Paprika, Lemon Powder, Cilantro, Dried Garlic, Turmeric, Dried Ginger, Rice Hulls.
